Are you a believer in the power of humanity in the workplace? Are you passionate about unlocking human potential? Then this is your chance to come together with visionaries, innovators and industry experts to explore new ideas and keep pushing the Workhuman® movement forward.
We invite you to apply to be a breakout session speaker at Workhuman® Live Europe 2020. Share your research, expertise and experience with HR and business leaders who want to build more human workplaces.

What is Workhuman? Workhuman® helps forward-thinking companies energizes their cultures, unlock their employees’ passion and potential, and unite their workforce around a shared purpose. As the world’s fastest-growing social recognition and continuous performance management platform, our mission is to lead the movement to celebrate the power of humanity in the workplace through gratitude and peer-to-peer recognition. Workhuman® Cloud, a suite of human applications, uncovers provocative workplace data and human insights, delivering tangible results powered by our core belief — that the more motivated and valued employees are, the more they can perform the best work of their lives.

What is Workhuman Live? It all started in 2015 when the first Workhuman Live launched in the United States with a powerful idea – bring more humanity to the workplace. That spark started a movement, fueled each year by our annual conference. Tackling challenging topics like workplace equality, barriers to diversity and inclusion and navigating employee emotions, this is where business leaders come together as a community to educate and inspire one another.

Who are we looking for? The Workhuman team is looking for experienced and engaging professionals who are passionate about sharing expertise and primary research topics in HR, leadership and building a best place to work.

The ideal presenter adds to our Workhuman knowledge in the broader topics of well-being, connection, purpose, and communication at work. They’re familiar with available research on the value of gratitude, appreciation and recognition in the workplace.

Topics of interest include but are not limited to:

We look for innovators who are willing to partner with us to deliver the best possible content experience and relevance for our audience.

To put it simply, Workhuman Live speakers are bold, visionary and authentic.
